30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return. This applies to all products sold on lumehaus.co.

Eligibility

• Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging
• All original accessories and components must be included
• Proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email) is required

How to Start a Return

Email us at supportlumehaus@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions and a prepaid return label.

Return Shipping

Return shipping is free for all orders within the United States.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we process your refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation when your refund is issued.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrived damaged or you received the wrong product, contact us at supportlumehaus@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items

• Items returned after the 30-day window
• Items that are used, damaged, or missing original packaging
• Final sale items (clearly marked at time of purchase)
